No. ZYZA is an AI advisor you talk to by voice or text. When you want a human, you can book a paid session with our study abroad team from inside the app.

Can ZYZA guarantee admission or a visa?
No one honest can. ZYZA gives you guidance and practice so you apply with confidence. Schools and embassies make the final decisions, and you should always confirm fees and deadlines on official websites.
How does pricing work?
You get 30 free minutes when you sign up. After that, top up with 30, 60 or 120 minutes, or get the Season Pass. Voice is charged by the second while you talk. Typing is always free. Purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires.
What happens to my data?
Your profile, documents and conversations are saved to your account so ZYZA can remember you. We don't sell your data. You can delete your account and everything in it from your profile at any time.
